Community Analytics - An Information Systems Perspective - Keynote at CRIWG 2012

I like to thank the organizers of CRIWG 2012 for inviting me to give the opening keynote of the conference. The conference takes place in a splendid Raesfeld castle surrounded by parks. The CRIGWG 2012 community is the result of a longlasting cooperation between European and (South)-American researchers. So, now I know some new colleagues, in particular from Chile.
